The Serbian food and beverage producer Agroekonomik came to us to reinvent itself as a modern brand, distinct but consistent within the traditional values of its brand profile. Its 20 years old “Power of Nature” (PoN) brand had high quality products, specific “healthy” credibility, but low appeal and awareness, mainly as result of outdated design and no consistent brand message.

We articulated the brand’s entire product portfolio into 4 main product/positioning lines, mirroring lifestyle interests and market segmentation: Pure -100% nature, Geo -organic, Neo -original and Ego – refreshment. As basis for all creative work, we associated Agroekonomik‘s products with nature. We articulated the brand’s message into one powerful brand credo: “Everything You Desire”.

 

This strong idea was communicated through all tools: unique on-pack copy mirrored in the ads, elegant packaging, proprietary logo and typography, carefully planned and executed marketing campaigns both ATL and BTL: tvc-s, print and outdoor ads, promo-tools and PR, extensive in-store merchandising.

As a result of our work major sales increase, while reinforcing PoN’s traditional brand equity, and opening its offer to a completely new, exiting generation of consumers. Agroekonomik can now comfortably establish itself as the undisputed leader of innovative healthy food.
